Especially in today’s global economy, a diverse and inclusive workforce can give an organization a competitive advantage. A Centennial College certificate is designed to help you learn how to build a diverse organization and how doing so can lead to bottom-line success.
“Centennial College is enormously committed to issues of diversion, inclusion and equity,” says Richard Williamson, program lead of the leadership and inclusion certificate. “In research, we discovered there was nothing available for people in leadership positions in this area and it was surfacing as a need.”
Centennial teamed up with the Canadian Centre for Diversity and Inclusion to develop the four-course certificate. It examines local and global trends in today’s workplace, the impact of diversity on organizational culture, and successful leadership strategies and practices that promote inclusion and diversity.
