  1. How does cultural upbringing (i.e., heritage) shape their mindset? 
  2. What strengths and capabilities fuel their desires? 
  3. What are their ultimate goals and ambitions (i.e., what matters most to them)? 
  4. How do their core values and beliefs (i.e., what they stand for) affect their lifestyle choices?
