Combating workplace harassment isn’t as simple as setting a policy and keeping your door open to employee complaints. It’s something you need to stay vigilant about all the time, and if you’re a fast-growing startup, it will be even harder to keep a pulse on how everyone’s doing.
Even if you don't think sexual harassment is a problem at your company, you need to ask yourself tough questions because it's easy to have a blind spot around such a sensitive issue, especially when victims hesitate to come forward.
